  • Notification of illness

    When someone is sick he or she can announce this through the system so that you may monitor the sick leave days for the employees and take necessary measures.    		 red

  • Leave application

    The staff may ask for leave through the system. Once the application is approved the employee’s scheduled work those days will be removed and replaced by leave indications.    		 purple

  • Changing times

    If employees want to exchange times between each other they may do this in the system. All changes must be approved by you.    		 yellow

  • Available time

    Available jobs may be distributed to the staff so that they can book themselves or booked directly by you according to the staff’s own wishes. All bookings must be approved by you.    		 blue

  • Time Reporting

    The employees may note the days and times that they wish to work. This may then be considered by you when distributing available jobs. May be distributed as possible jobs that the staff can book themselves or booked directly by you according to the staff’s own wishes.    		 green
